Just an older home - needs a lot of TLC!

Is this a park? No - it's the backyard of the makeover house.

Youths can come here instead of the park. It's closer and safer.

The ceiling gets wet inside whenever it rains.

You should have more space between the hip and that cooler jack/support.

Fence has to go.

Let's loose the blocks!.

Wow. These termites can eat you out of house and home!!

What goes up must come down.

The tree roots have ruined the concrete here.

Oops! the water leaks into the house.  We'll put a drain system here.
