Agape Development and Design and
Special Forces of Northside Christian Church to execute:

An Extreme Home Makeover to a southwest Fresno home.

The men’s ministries of Northside Christian Church, known as Special Forces, has asked Agape Development and Design to facilitate a large community service project in Fresno.

October 15, 2009 - Cut down four large trees (Completed)
October 16, 2009 - Demo fencing, sand blast stucco finish up on trees (Completed)
October 17, 2009 - Balance of work ( Substantially Complete)

World Impact has operated a neighborhood outreach ministry for the past eighteen years from this southwest Fresno home.  The programs provided have helped youths avoid drugs and gangs. The yard has served as a safe place to play basketball, volleyball or just hang out. The project will address the following:

• Re-do the stucco exterior (Waiting for Dash Coat)

• Replace approximately 500 feet of fencing with gates (Complete)

• Remove several large trees causing damage or posing danger (Complete)

• Repair large section of basketball court slabs damaged from tree roots Complete)

• Provide drainage in front of home & add two sprinkler zones (Saturday)

• Replace old windows with energy star vinyl windows (Complete)

• EAT A FREE LUNCH FOR THE VOLUNTEERS (Done & Done!)

• Repair a section of the roof (Complete)
